Sean has worked in the Title and Escrow Industry since 1993 and has been with Ticor Title since 1998. Sean graduated from Oregon State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major emphasis in communications. As the Commercial Division Manager, Sean and his staff are responsible for building relationships that enhance the growth of the NTS/National Commercial Division. Duties include presenting Ticor Title services to commercial real estate brokerages, financial institutions, mortgage lenders, real estate attorney’s and principals.
Mariah Yee and her team have over 30 + years of combined title and escrow experience, which brings a high level of knowledge and expertise encompassing residential resale, new construction and refinance transactions. She truly enjoys what she does and it shows, her team is customer oriented and motivated, on every transaction communication and customer service is paramount.

Dana has worked in the title and escrow industry since 2003 ~ the majority spent with the FNF family of companies. Starting as an Escrow Assistant, she quickly ramped up in title and responsibility to Escrow Officer, Escrow Operations Manager and most recently, VP / County Manager for Ticor Title Spokane. Dana has lived in Portland with her husband and 2 children for most of their lives, so when the opportunity knocked to take on an even bigger challenge back at Ticor Title in Oregon, it was a no-brainer. She’s a naturally strong leader who values hard work, and the perfect fit for our large and powerful PDX team.
